Division of Students Abroad & Delegations
The Division of Students Abroad and Delegations provides dedicated and comprehensive oversight of academic, administrative, and financial matters for University of Al-Qadisiyah students pursuing degrees abroad on scholarships, fellowships, or study leaves.
Responsibilities & Services
1. Students Abroad Services
- Regular follow-up on academic progress reports in coordination with Iraqi Cultural Attachés abroad.
- Facilitating stipend disbursements, academic extensions, and status renewals in compliance with ministry regulations.
- Assisting scholars with academic file opening, document verification, and post-graduation degree equivalency procedures.
2. Official Delegations & Scientific Missions
- Organizing and coordinating faculty participation in international conferences, symposiums, and workshops abroad.
- Issuing official university administrative orders for international delegations and approved training programs.
- Documenting mission outcomes to maximize academic and institutional benefits for the university.
