Introduction
The scholarship plan at the University of Al-Qadisiyah aims to empower faculties and research centers with distinguished academic and research talents earning postgraduate degrees (Master’s and Ph.D.) from accredited international universities recognized by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
General Regulations & Criteria
- Academic Recognition: Selected universities must be listed in recognized global rankings and approved within the Ministry’s directory of accredited international universities.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be permanent staff members of the University of Al-Qadisiyah meeting the required service period and performance evaluations.
- Priority Fields: Priority is given to emerging, high-demand, and scarce scientific specializations serving university development goals.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants must fulfill required language proficiency credentials (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent).
Application Process
- Annual announcement of available quotas based on approved plans for each college.
- Online application submission and initial screening at the Division of Students Abroad.
- Candidate competitive selection and issuance of official university sponsorship decrees.
